EMIS Team SIMS Support
This is the Schools SIMS Support Help desk Service provided by the Harrow EMIS Team. Please enter your logon details to gain access to the Support and Training pages.
The Harrow Education Support staff are available from 09:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 16:00 on Friday. All logged calls on our Help desk are investigated in date and time order. There may be a delay entering calls sent via email or telephone onto our system. All calls entered online are automatically date stamped and ready for support staff to investigate.
Help desk Support
The online Help desk service is managed by an experienced support team. The Help desk is checked daily to help us meet our targets of at least 95% of calls acknowledged in one working day. We also check 90% of calls are closed in two working days. Members can see additional data, when logged in by accessing the Helpdesk Page. Faults are logged online by directly accessing the Helpdesk system database.
