We provide Technical Support for Capita SIMS (MIS) products and SQL server software. Support is provided for all our customers, by entering a fault description on our web site using the online Help desk.
When Capita release new SIMS, FMS and Discover software, we complete the installation at all our registered Schools. Patches are applied for Schools when there ie individual problems with SIMS or FMS.
