SIMS School Team

If you are a School Teacher or SIMS Administrator and you would like to become a member and access the Harrow SIMS School Team web site, or require a password reset, please send your details on this form and we will contact you during our business hours.

The SIMS School Training & Support Team are available during term time Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:30 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00. During Holiday times the telephone system is available 09:00 to 16:00 and closed between the 24th December to 1st January inclusive. You can Contact us via Telephone voicemail, e-mail or by creating a message on this page. Please leave a short description of your request, your Name and contact details and we will return your call by the end of the next working day.

Members, please do not use this page for logging faults or booking Training courses as it is only checked a few times a day and your fault / booking might not be logged on our systems until later that day.

Non Members: If you are a Secondary, Primary, Nursery or Academy School and would like Support or Training on your SIMS systems, please contact the SIMS School Team and we can send you a quote or discuss your requirements.
