CTF files should be generated for any student that attends your school and then leaves. Once the file has been created it will need to be uploaded to the S2S website. The next destination school will be notified by e-mail that a CTF is awaiting download. Even if the destination school is unknown a CTF file should be generated, (a Lost Pupil area exists that can be interrogated by Local Authorities) so pupil details may be matched to a new school.
