Training courses and overviews are held at the Teacher's Centre Tudor Road, Harrow. Please book the course online and print the confirmation page for your reference as we will no longer be sending confirmations for Overviews. For hands on training courses the SIMS team will confirm your attendance as non attendance is chargeable. The cost of the sessions are included in your latest SLA agreement with the SIMS Team, please see the SIMS service level agreement on the Documents page.

Cancellation Policy: Please note if you wish to cancel, the following will apply.

• Training Course
  No notice or 1 week or less - 100% charge
  14 days notice to 1 week- 50% charge
  Full charge will also apply if only part of the training is attended
  Please refer to the SIMS SLA for training cancellation charges
